GetProfileMD.com does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, triage, prescriptions, referrals, appointment booking, or emergency response. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department immediately.
Use of this website does not create a physician-patient or clinical relationship with Dr. Eduardo Jacques, any physician or clinic shown in a product example, or ProfileMD. Patients must contact their clinic directly for care-specific needs and medical instructions.
ProfileMD does not guarantee appointment availability, physician availability, clinic response times, acceptance of new patients, referrals, prescription renewals, preferential access to insured care, or clinical outcomes.
ProfileMD does not solicit, host, or publish patient reviews, star ratings, physician rankings, clinical testimonials, popularity scores, pay-to-rank placement, or quality endorsement claims. The service is designed around factual professional information and physician-controlled publication.
ProfileMD verification means defined factual profile review, physician or clinic approval, and public-source consistency checks where identified. It is not an endorsement, clinical quality assessment, competency ranking, recommendation, or professional certification.
Profile pages may explain or link to clinic-owned booking, communication, portal, or secure workflow systems. Those destinations operate outside GetProfileMD.com. ProfileMD public pages do not receive or store patient submissions sent through clinic-owned secure systems.
A secure workflow or external clinical link should be activated only after clinic approval, configuration, routing ownership, staff review responsibilities, safety wording, and testing are confirmed. ProfileMD does not promise automatic EMR or PS Suite writeback.
Third-party names such as OceanMD, Hushmail, TELUS, PS Suite, booking portals, EMRs, and secure messaging systems identify independently operated products. Their subscriptions, licensing, availability, privacy practices, and usage terms are governed by their owners. No official partnership, certification, or endorsement is implied unless expressly documented.
The Get Started page is for physicians, clinics, and authorized professional representatives. Pricing shown on GetProfileMD.com describes candidate service packages and scope boundaries; final work, timing, responsibilities, and commercial terms must be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Approved business payments may be processed through Stripe-hosted checkout. Stripe receives the information needed to process the transaction under Stripe's own terms and policies.
Checkout is not a channel for patient or clinical information. You must not submit patient PHI in payment-related fields or messages.
A correction request should identify the relevant page, the detail believed to be inaccurate, and an official public source where available. Physicians, clinics, and authorized representatives may contact support@profilemd.health or review the correction process.
You must not misuse this website for harassment, false submissions, impersonation, attempts to access non-public systems, interference with site operation, misleading republication, or submission of patient medical information through public channels.
ProfileMD site design, page structure, original written content, branding, product demonstrations, and platform materials are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights unless otherwise stated. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
These terms may be revised as the service develops. Governing-law, dispute, and forum language should be confirmed through legal review; applicable law continues to apply.
