1. Public information platform
GetProfileMD.com is designed for professional, product, pricing, and administrative information. Physician-profile demonstrations and public explanations help physicians and clinics understand the ProfileMD service and help readers distinguish public guidance from clinic-owned secure care systems.
2. No patient medical information collected
Public GetProfileMD.com pages are not patient intake pages. Do not submit personal health information, health-card numbers, symptoms, diagnoses, medications, test results, referrals, prescriptions, appointment requests, urgent medical concerns, emergency information, clinical messages, documents, or medical photographs through public forms or general email routes.
3. Professional inquiry information
The Get Started form is strictly for physicians, clinics, and authorized professional representatives. It requests business contact details such as contact name, practice or clinic name, professional email, optional telephone number, specialty, inquiry type, and non-clinical practice notes.
When submitted, those professional inquiry details are routed through the established ProfileMD.Health practice-inquiry pathway for physician and clinic onboarding review. The required acknowledgement confirms that patient or clinical information is not being submitted.
4. How professional inquiry information is used
Professional inquiry information is used to review the requested business context, verify the professional or clinic relationship where appropriate, respond to the inquiry, discuss scope and pricing, and plan an approved next step. It is not used to provide clinical care or create a physician-patient relationship.
5. Business payment processing
If an approved client completes a business payment through a Stripe-hosted checkout, Stripe receives the transaction and customer information needed to process that payment under Stripe's own policies and controls.
Payment-related fields and messages are not a channel for patient or clinical information. Do not submit patient PHI through checkout fields, payment notes, or payment-related messages.
6. Clinic-owned secure systems
Secure clinical workflows, when described or linked from a ProfileMD page, direct users to clinic-approved systems outside GetProfileMD.com. ProfileMD public pages do not receive, review, or store patient submissions sent through those clinic-owned destinations. Each clinic and third-party provider remains responsible for its own privacy, security, and retention practices.
7. Hosting, technical records, and aggregate analytics
Website hosting and delivery infrastructure may generate standard technical records, such as request logs, device or browser information, IP-derived network information, and aggregate page or click counts needed for security, reliability, and service improvement. GetProfileMD.com does not use public pages to collect patient-submitted health information.
8. Retention and deletion
Professional inquiry information should be retained only as reasonably necessary to review and respond to the inquiry, maintain appropriate business records, meet legal or security obligations, and resolve disputes. Questions about access, correction, or deletion can be directed to privacy@profilemd.health. No fixed retention promise is made on this page.
9. Privacy and data requests
For privacy questions, access requests, correction requests, deletion inquiries, or concerns about professional information submitted through GetProfileMD.com, contact privacy@profilemd.health. Do not include patient medical information in that email.
10. Profile corrections and support
Physicians, clinics, and authorized representatives requesting factual profile updates or removals should contact support@profilemd.health or use the information on the Corrections page.
11. External links and policy changes
GetProfileMD.com may link to clinic, regulator, ProfileMD.Health, and other third-party pages. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies. This Privacy Policy may be updated as the service, hosting, inquiry routing, or legal requirements change. Material revisions will be reflected by the updated date on this page.
